Professional with 25 years of experience in managerial or consultancy tasks at a highest management and governmental level. He has experience in mining and energy, public and private, national and international sectors. He held the position as General Manager of the National Society for Mining, Petroleum and Energy of Peru (SNMPE) between 1989 and 2002.
