Mr. Bruneau is an IT/GIS expert with 21 years of experience.  He is working since 1992 on international project financed by the World Bank, ADB, IDB and CIDA amongst others.  Mr. Bruneau has experience in south-East Asia, North Africa, the Middle East, Sub-Saharan Africa and Latin America.  With eight years as an Oracle DBA and ten years of GIS experience.  Mr. Bruneau is well qualified to undertake large GIS and IT integration project at the organisation scale.  Mr. Bruneau is fluent in English, French and Spanish.  Over the years he has acquired an excellent thematic knowledge of fisheries management, land management, environmental management, geology and mining.
